Investment

Sandia Equity Partners prides itself on knowing each and every one of our investors personally.

Our relationship starts when you express interest in one of our properties via email info@sandiaequitypartners.com or by giving us a call at 505 228 8484. Our first step is to ascertain your investment preferences and requirements. If there is a good match with one of our offerings, we discuss how to qualify you for the investment.

If you are not already an accredited investor, our interview process will assess how likely a CPA would be to certify you. Then, you choose a CPA to finalize accreditation. Once the accreditation is finalized, we’ll propose a walk-through of the property.

At each step, we are available to answer any of your questions, whether they be about particular properties or the investment process. Once you have invested, you are part of the team and we keep you informed at every step.

Our Philosophy and Process

Sandia Equity Partner’s value-add philosophy is to improve a property based on what will result in the highest ROI we can achieve for our investors. We focus on properties we can improve quickly as time is a factor in that formula. The best returns usually derive from improvements to the front exterior façades, kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring, and most of our properties’ improvements are concentrated in these areas.

While ROI for investors is our overarching goal, we are happy end-recipients of our properties receive a home in which attention to detail, quality finishes, and excellent workmanship have turned an often previously neglected property into someone’s much-loved home. Our work is symbiotic: we deliver benefit to investors, the new home owner and the community surrounding the property.

Let’s take a look at a recent example:
